Read up about his acquittal from his recent court case where he was being charged with murder.
The evidence included cell site evidence, gang affiliation and CCTV material as well as the identifying witness from someone who was present.
His evidence was that he said he didn't do it (after giving a no comment interview on arrest) .
He was unanimously found not guilty by the jury.

I did jury service at the Old Bailey a few years back, serving for a couple of months. Almost identical scenario using cell site, CCTV and ballistic experts. Had to endure hours of gang videos...zzz

bumming - I was shocked when I read your post that he is 60. So much so I didn't quite believe it, so went a' googlin'. And now I've realised I've had him confused all these years with the bloke on Sunday Brunch. Which explains why I was always baffled at people's vitriol towards 'Tim Westwood'. I thought 'he' seemed harmless enough.

I'm in agreement with many that this bloke will not be missed and if a good few more of his sort followed him it would be no bad thing.
